Refund Policy

All products sold on Library eHub are digital eBooks delivered electronically. Because digital files are transferred immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in the physical sense, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

Our Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases where the download has been accessed or the download link has been used.

Exceptions — Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or reading your purchased eBook, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@libraryehub.com. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will either provide a working replacement file or issue a full refund.

What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong title
  • Incompatibility with a specific reading device or application
  • eBooks that have already been downloaded

How to Request Support

Email support@libraryehub.com with your order number, the title(s) affected, and a description of the technical issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
